Len Waters has over 20 years experience working in tertiary education within the TAFE sector. He hold extensive experience partnering with employment and training organisations, and can design, develop and deliver cultural skills and training programs to meet your training needs.

During 2017 and 2018, Len led two Aboriginal Sites Identification programs within the region in partnership with local Aboriginal groups. The employment training projects were run in partnership with NSW National Parks, an employment training provider and an Aboriginal Management Committee. The project taught a range of sites management skills, and built in sustainability components to assist the participatnts to gain independent employment within the industry, and to ensure the Co-Management Committee could carry on the work of the project once the training was delivered.
